1. What this template never sees

MonetrixOS is a Google Sheets template with an attached script. Once you make your own copy, that copy — every transaction, balance and note — lives in your Google Drive, under your Google account. We have no server that stores your financial data, no database of balances, and no way to open or read your sheet. We never ask for a bank login, and the template has no feature that connects to one.

2. What we do collect

Because the sheet itself is private to you, almost everything we collect comes from you contacting us directly or buying the template:

• Contact form. If you write to us through the contact page, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter, so we can reply. This is stored on our server for support purposes and is not shared or sold.
• Purchases. When you buy MonetrixOS, payment is handled by our payment processor — we do not see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded, the email address to send your license key to, and basic order details (amount, date, order number) for receipts and support.
• Basic site analytics. Like most websites, our hosting may log standard technical information (such as page requests and browser type) used only to keep the site running and to understand overall traffic — never tied to your identity.

3. How we use it

We use the information above only to: reply to support and sales questions, deliver your license key and receipt, process refunds when requested, and keep the site and template working. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only where it's needed to run the service:

• Our payment processor, to complete and verify your purchase.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the site and the messages you send us through the contact form.
• Law enforcement or regulators, only if we are legally required to.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. Cookies

The marketing site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your Google Sheets copy of MonetrixOS runs inside Google's own systems and is subject to Google's cookie and privacy practices, not ours.

6. How long we keep things

Contact form messages and order records are kept for as long as needed to provide support and meet basic accounting requirements, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your contact details sooner — see section 8.

7. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including keeping contact-form submissions in a location that is not publicly accessible on our server. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we don't collect more than we need in the first place, which limits what there is to protect.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Since your financial data lives in your own Google Sheet, you are always in full control of that — you can edit, export or delete it yourself, at any time, with no need to contact us. For anything we hold directly (like a support email thread), write to contact@monetrixos.com and we'll act on it within a reasonable time.

9. Children's privacy

MonetrixOS is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age required to enter into a purchase agreement in their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above. We won't reduce your rights under this policy without giving you notice.
